Reporting to the Manager, you will play a key role in planning, promoting, and executing workplace health and well-being initiatives that enhance employee health, engagement, and work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement health promotion and intervention programs aimed at improving staff well-being.
• Plan and organize health, sports, and social recreational activities for staff at the organizational level.
• Analyze data from health screenings to develop targeted health promotion initiatives and monitor program effectiveness through pre- and post-program assessments.
• Motivate and engage staff to take ownership of their health and overall well-being.
• Provide secretariat support for committees focused on workplace safety, health, and staff well-being to drive related frameworks and initiatives.
• Assist in digitalizing well-being initiatives for better connectivity and accessibility for staff.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience conducting health or sports programs will be advantageous.
