The company is one Global Ground Improvement Specialist in geotechnical investigation, design, research, construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY：

* Full cycle of HR & Administrative operations.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
* Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
* Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates and manage onboarding processes.
* Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Implement and oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular appraisals and employee development.
* Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring timely submission and compliance with government regulations.
* Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave management.
* Review and recommend salary structures, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
* Identify employee training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and competencies.
* Organize internal and external training programs to support career growth and development.
* Oversee office management, including lease agreements, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
* Ensure the office environment supports productivity and complies with safety regulations.
* Ensure compliance with all labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
* Prepare and present HR reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key metrics to senior management.
* Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement :

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
* Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry ;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
* Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and engagement.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
* Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Able to start work immediately

• Communicate assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team
• Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery
• Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites
• Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations
• Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
• Submit compiled daily cleaning reports to management
• Ensure stocks of cleaning tools and equipment are in order and replenishment orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Assist in implementation of maintenance schedule for cleaning devices on a timely basis
• Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
• Provide appropriate guidance to cleaners
• Facilitate effective work processes
• Provide feedback and recommend process improvements to the cleaning team
• Respond to major incidents and emergencies
• Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management
• Able to work any shift
• Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday

• Must be able to perform minimum 3G position with processes of GTAW & SMAW welding, grinding, flame cutting and other relevant fabrication activities in line with welding procedures, engineering drawing, welding symbols.
• Performs welding and fit up of the components to parts as well as sheet metal according to manufacturing procedure for different type of base material from high temperature alloys to high tensile steel and Stainless steel (with Aluminium & Carbon Steel is a plus)
• Knowledge in operation of welding equipment and tools with equipment care
• Understanding of drawing dimensions and using tools such as measuring tape, ruler, tri-square, fillet gauge, protractor, level gauge

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate in technical education preferably with knowledge in Basic Metal Material Group, Mathematical skill, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas cutting (With Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding is a plus)
• Certification in welding related courses (CW, CWI, CSWIP) will be added advantage
• Possess track records of 3G welding qualifications levels in previous experience.
• Able to interpret technical drawings with AWS
• (American Welding Society) and ISO standards.
• Minimum 5 years of welding experience.
