• Valid driver’s license and relevant truck driving certifications
• Proven experience in construction site truck driving preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle heavy loads safely
• Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

• Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites
• Conduct routine inspections of the truck and report any issues
• Maintain accurate logs of trips and deliveries

• Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.

Job Descriptions:

• Familiar with and understanding all the tender requirements
• Exercise a collaborative plan and define the extent of the works
• Timely management of tender activities
• The general duty includes measurement of quantity, collection quotations, cost comparison, and participation in preparing tender price
• Review quotations with the designated specification
• Review quantities and cross-check for possible items that may have been overlooked

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent

• Sound computer literacy including advanced skills in Excel. Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
• Familiar with all types of building tendering will be advantageous
