What will you do

Technical support for Skin Health product design end to end, encompassing New Product Development and Life Cycle Management of our products. Collaborate across R&D and cross functionally to ensure that all product development success criteria are met, inclusive of all internal and external quality and regulatory requirements, ensuring the product experience, both sensory and efficacy, meets the needs of the consumer and meeting the overall project milestones to enable on time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

To complete the following tasks under the supervision of a senior team member:

• Prepare the research timeline and progress reports based on the overall project timeline
• Coordinate new product development plan.
• Prepare laboratory prototypes and monitoring of lab stability
• Coordinate with process development team in preparation for process scale-up
• Leverage technical, clinical data for claim support substantiation and partner up with relevant stakeholders on the ideation
• Support product demo development to visualize claims, PR events for commercial activation

Required Qualifications

Role Overview

The production/operations coordinator reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for overall factory management and efficiency of manufacturing processes. Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Preferably, 3rd or Final year undergraduate in Business Administration/ marketing, or equivalent, Mass Communication, New Media or a Final year diploma student in Business Administration/ marketing, or equivalent, Mass Communication, New Media
• Able to commit to a 6 months internship (part-time can be considered)
• “A” level/diploma-level passes in biology and chemistry is a strong advantage

Skills and Experience

• Social Media Marketing skills (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and up-to-date with trends in social media use.
• Strong research and writing skills; Experience creating social media contents and writing of blogs, from research articles and publications.
• Ability to create engaging, impactful marketing collaterals and social media posts.
• Excellent communicator, skilled in written and verbal communication.
• Experience planning and execution of marketing events and marketing campaigns
• Experience in basic data analytics.
• Graphic design, photography, programming skills and video editing/creation are strong advantages.
• Self-driven resourceful individual with demonstrated ability to work within resource constraints.

Job description

• Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site
• Implementation of workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives
• Compile all safety record and reports, and ensure proper documentation of site records for all safety related matters
• Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Ensure strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises
• Prepare and submit safety reports and necessary audits
• Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and execution of safety programmes
• Inspection of site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance are in proper working condition and do not pose any hazard
• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirement :

• Safety related diploma/degree or any related qualification
• Must have at least 4 years experience in Cable/ Pipe laying projects
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills
• Able to work indenpendently

(a) To furnish incident reports for fire incidents or related emergencies

(b) To monitor, review and put in place measures to reduce false fire alarm for the premises

(c) To prepare and submit reports to the Authority on fire or other related matters when requested

(d) To endorse annual Fire Certificate renewal with PE endorsement
