• Work cross-functionally to ensure systems, equipment and rooms meet internal customers' needs.
• Review all relevant checklists for inspection and testing plan on electrical & instrument system installation.
• Coordinate relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of the project

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee warehouse assistants to ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods, from receipt to dispatch, while maintaining proper storage and retrieval practices.
• Leverage the SAP system to streamline warehouse operations, optimize workflow, and track inventory management, including the creation of packing lists and delivery orders.
• Ensure all stock is managed according to FIFO principles and conduct regular inventory cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Enforce compliance with GMP and ISO standards, manage relevant documentation, provide staff training, and ensure adherence to SOPs while coordinating schedules and maintaining a safe, secure warehouse environment.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
