Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of the shop
• Manage shop inventory system and ensure accuracy in weekly stocktake (2500 to 3000 household items)
• Attend to walk-in customers' inquires
• Service-oriented with good communication skills
• Replenish shelves with goods at all times
• Check and order stock with the store manager daily
• Unloading of goods from the delivery truck daily
• Assist in cashier duty
• A daily closing of the account
• Able to prepare shop opening at 0700hr and closing at 2200 hr at night
• Able to work every weekend and public Holiday

1). A Store Supervisor is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a retail store. They are responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly, that customer service standards are met, and that sales goals are achieved.

2). Work closely with store managers and other team members to ensure that the store is properly staffed, that inventory is well-stocked and that the store is clean and well-maintained.

3). Responsible for managing the store's budget and for creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies also responsible for mentoring and training team members. Ensure that team members are properly trained on store policies, procedures and customer service standards.
