You will be the key contact officer for the Medical Social Service to attend to all telephone and email enquiries. You will provide administrative support to the Medical Social Worker on referrals, accompany social worker on field visits and assist in interpretation if required. You will also gather information and conduct preliminary investigation on patients' needs to facilitate intervention by Medical Social Worker. You will also process application and ensure submission are in compliance.

You are responsible for maintaining the work statistics and compile the data for submission to Ministry of Health. You will also handle external correspondences such as MP letters and CDC letters.
