MASE E&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Solar Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, ensure project timelines and safety standards are met, and contribute to the seamless delivery of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site installation teams for solar energy projects.
• Ensure all project activities align with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily operations, including material deliveries and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact between project managers and site teams.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges during installation.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to team members as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of installation processes and completion reports.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in solar energy or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the solar energy industry.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Singapore.

Job Requirements:

. Supervise the workers and provide the single point of contact for all the electrical work.

.Perform troubleshooting and installation of electrical wiring and data loggers for construction equipment such as the boring rig, micropile rig, etc.

. Design and troubleshoot the electrical circuit diagrams

. Need Strong Programming and Networking skills

. Need Hands-on experience in the security system field

· Repair and maintenance of AC/DC circuits, 3-phase circuits (480 and 240 volts)

· Able to use measuring testing instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and testing lamps.

· Install, adjust, modify, verify, calibrate, and test the operation of electrical systems and panels, circuitry, and electrical chassis.

· Assembles, installs, tests, and repairs motor control of all kinds such as starters, stop and start buttons, relays, timers, panels, circuit breakers, and transformers.

REQUIREMENTS

· Min 10 years of experience in the repair of construction equipment.

· Further specialist training will be provided on the job.

· Able to work Sundays and public holidays

· Able to work Night Shifts

· Ability to read schematics

Job Description

• Supervision of construction site in accordance with health and safety guidelines. It is the responsibility of the site supervisor to assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme.
• Work closely with the site foreman, who is responsible for organising construction works on site, and report to the project manager.
• Coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works.
• Ensure all M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at construction site.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.
• Able to understand the AutoCAD, PNID, BQ & sketch Isometric drawing

Job Requirement

• Relevant experience in semiconductor field
• At least 3 years experience
• As current project, candidate will be based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years
• Must be able to use Microsoft Project software
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write due to the document from HQ (Taiwan) is in Mandarin
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period

1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements

2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects

3) Rostering of monthly schedules

4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any

5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback

6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders

7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects

8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage

9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative

10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence

11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need
