• Operations Planning: Plan and execute fleet deployment for daily deliveries.
• Logistics Management: Oversee GPS tracking, administration, and fleet management
• Record Keeping: Monitor and update fleet tracking systems and maintain proper documentation.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee repairs and maintenance, scheduling regular checkups. Lead investigations into incidents or accidents involving fleet vehicles. Develop protocols for responding to emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns, or severe weather conditions.
• Driver Management: Manage drivers, enforce compliance with company rules and regulations. Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback and discipline as needed.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise the delivery team, providing effective leadership and guidance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Provide back-up during manpower emergency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in route planning and optimization.
• Possess relevant class 3 and 4 driving license with 3 to 4 years of driving experience preferred
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements for B2B deliveries.
