• Coordinate across the various disciplines and construction teams to align drawings
• Manage the operations and associated risks based on established policies and procedures
• Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality

Manage project completion and closure

• Identify errors, defects and variations based on construction plans and drawing designs
• Manage the list of errors, defects and variations
• Manage the testing and commissioning of components, equipment and systems
• Prepare technical documents for project handover and closure
• Support the preparation of project handover and closure documents for approval and submission in compliance with the relevant regulatory, legislative and maintenance requirements
• Report defects identified during the defects liability period

Drive safety and sustainability

• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
• Facilitate inspections to ensure compliance with organisational health and safety policies, processes and procedures
• Report accidents and incidents in accordance with WSH policies and practices

Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried

Requirement :

• The RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accepted by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
