About The Opportunity

As a Clinical Admin, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, ensuring the efficient management of administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

What You'll be Doing

Claims and Billing Management

• Submission of claims to corporate programme and insurer portals. Accurately and promptly submit insurance claims and follow up on any discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Manage invoicing and billing to patients and clients. Prepare and send invoices to patients and clients, track payments, and manage any billing inquiries or issues.

Medical Records Office

• Manage incoming and outgoing medical reports. Handle the receipt, processing, and distribution of medical reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage laboratory reports. Receive and verify lab results, submitting to doctor for review and compiling into medical reports for patients, liaison with lab partner on queries and issues.

Communication and Correspondence

• Monitor and respond to emails from patients, clients, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns. Address patient questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Appointment scheduling and coordination. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinate with medical staff, and manage the appointment calendar.

Operational Support

• Support clinic operations. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the clinic, including registering/discharging patients at the counter, clerical tasks, restocking of clinic supplies and other duties as assigned.

The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities at the SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will support the work of the Population-based, Unified, Learning System for Enhanced and Sustainable Health (PULSES) Centre Grant which seeks to develop a learning and integrated Regional Health System to address unmet needs and advance population health research in Singapore.

You will assist the Principal Investigator (PI) in conducting literature reviews and systematic reviews as well as assisting with study design and planning. Qualifications:

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Architecture or related professional degrees.
2. At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
3. Complete experience in managing private residential projects in Singapore.
4. Able to work overtime and under high pressure.
5. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (some workers in the company only speak Mandarin or English, so the Project Manager needs to be proficient in both languages to manage employees better).
6. Able to travel for overseas assignments.
7. Good organizational, planning, and communication skills.
8. Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
9. Preferably managers with completion of full-cycle projects.
10. Good interpersonal skills.
11. Good track record in completing projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

Planning and organizing construction projects, including developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Managing project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.

Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards.

Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success

Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management

Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement

Provide technical support to project team members

Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables

Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members

Assist in the development of cost estimates

Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination

Assist the project team with closeout of the project

Assist project accountant with monthly subcontractor billings and pay applications

Assist project manager with assigned tasks

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Experience in managing large-scale construction projects

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Experience in managing and supervising construction teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
