Role:

ACMV Engineer (Mayflower / Construction / Up to $7000)

• 5.5 Days || 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
• Mayflower (Office); Working location: Various locations (to be discussed during interviews)
• $3,000 - $4,500 // $4,500 - $7,000 (Senior)

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in similar fields.
• Must have design and installation experience in ACMV, BMS, DfMA, Ductless Jet Fan, ESCS system etc.
• Experience with ICDD (Interface Control & Data Document) is preferred.
• Must have direct work experience in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit etc

Responsibilities

• To review and manage all design documentation for ACMV, BMS, DfMA, Ductless, ESCS system etc.
• Able to understand construction shop drawing.
• Familiar with calculation of heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load etc.
• To develop ICDD documentation
• To monitor and verify installation of ACMV Equipment, chillers, air handling units, MV system, packaged units, VRV system, and split units.
• To study and assess drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents relating to the construction project.
• To review, assess and evaluate the execution of the project on a regular basis.
• To troubleshoot and resolve complex issues arising in a project.
• To carry out site visits throughout the project to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed programme.
• To verify material requisition and taking-off quantities/site measurement.
• To attend to site tests and inspections.
• To ensure quality standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• To maintain, manage, and document all project reports and statements.
• To perform other related duties, as assigned Job Requirements.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

It is required to be able to read drawings and lead workers to work, ensure the safety of workers during the construction process, be responsible for the sanitation and cleaning of the workplace every day, complete construction tasks according to the requirements of the construction progress, obey the unified arrangements of the construction site manager, and pay attention to the safety of each worker Ideological and emotional work to ensure safe and civilized construction
