Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver good service quality and customer satisfaction
• Foster positive working environment and team cohesion
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
• Recruit, conduct trainings and onboarding for new employees
• Schedule shifts and manage employee workloads
• Oversee inventory levels and replenish stocks
• Conduct regular stock audits and manage discrepancies
• To perform cashiering function and manage opening / closing of daily cash sales handling and financial transactions
• Track sales targets and performance monitoring
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Train staff on safety procedures, SOPs and protocols
• Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in F&B outlets.
• Minimum 2 years of Supervisory / Management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to take initiative and hands-on

Job Description

• Perform intake assessment and review of day care clients and oversee Multi- Disciplinary Meetings for reviews of clients including Day Rehab clients.
• Supervise daily routines such as meal preparation, serving of meals, preparing clients for activities, conducting of activities, reviews of clients and cleaning duties of care staff.
• Work with centre nurse and care staff to ensure clients specific needs (ADLs) are met and communicated to the team.
• Co-ordinate and plan programmes and services with internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct, guide and participate in the orientation and training of new staff and provide ongoing training and monitoring of care staff in the area of provision of care to day care clients and clients with dementia.
• Take charge of daily operations, and care provisions of clients, supervise and deploy staff to ensure operations of SCC is safe and effective.
• Take charge of incidents in the centre related to staff, clients and volunteers to ensure that the incident is resolved, reported and follow-up.
• Work with Centralised Team to ensure accurate billing and charges for clients and follow up on staff related matters.
• Work with Cluster Lead to ensure financial sustainability of the centre.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of communications, assessment and processes
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement

• Min Diploma / Degree in any field of study from a recognised institution
• Min 4 to 5 years of operation manager / supervisor experience from a healthcare / eldercare / social services institution

The Community Health Visitor (CHV) will deliver health and social integrated care for mother and child, focusing on antenatal and postnatal care, developmental-centred parenting, parent-child interaction and family well-being, with the aim of optimising every child's potential for healthy growth and development. The CHV is the keyworker who will support the mother-child dyad and family through home visits and clinic service touchpoints, also providing service coordination between patient/client/family with healthcare and social service systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• To support the pregnant mother during the antenatal period by providing anticipatory care and advice to optimise health, nutrition and improve birth outcomes.
• Conduct mental wellness screenings and nutritional assessments for the pregnant mother, and to work with the trans-disciplinary team to make appropriate referrals when required.
• To support mother and main caregivers in the postnatal period in parentcraft skills.
• To build rapport and cultivate a positive relationship with parents/caregivers to impart child development knowledge and skills and facilitate parent-child bonding, developmental-centred parenting and family well-being.
• Conduct child development screening and work with the trans-disciplinary team to make family-centred recommendations.
• To collaborate and partner community and social service agencies, or hospital specialists to provide necessary support for client and family. This includes inter-agency case conferences and discussions.

Job requirements and Competencies:

• Degree in Early Childhood Development, Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Special Education, Nursing or equivalent OR
• Diploma in Early Childhood Development, Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Special Education, Nursing or an Advanced Healthcare related diploma from a recognized institution; with 2-3 years relevant work experience, which may include working with vulnerable children and families in a community setting or in infant and early childhood development (preferred).
• Passionate and committed to work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and children from vulnerable families
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Dynamic, problem-solver, efficient, resourceful individual.
• Demonstrates initiative and has good organisational skills.
• Ability to independently travel to and from clients’ homes for service delivery.
