- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team

- Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects

- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards

• Minimum diploma education
• Minimum 5+ relevant working experience
• Planning and organizing: Create work schedules, delegate tasks, and break down large projects into smaller tasks
• Ensuring safety: Identify and manage potential hazards, and ensure workers follow safety regulations and wear the proper protective equipment
• Managing resources: Ensure workers have the necessary resources to complete their tasks, and monitor project expenditures
• Communicating: Keep the team and superiors informed of challenges or delays, and report on project status to clients and construction managers
• Inspecting: Regularly inspect the construction site and work progress
• Managing subcontractors: Locate, evaluate, and select subcontractors, and monitor their performance
• Completing records: Complete site reports and other records
• Construction supervisors often work outdoors, and may need to be flexible with their schedule to manage office work. They may also need to perform a variety of physical activities, such as walking, standing, stooping, reaching, talking, hearing, and seeing

JOB DESCRIPTION

Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the Arrangement of work

Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings

Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works

Handling technical and engineering problems on site

Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site

Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors Structure and Architectural work

Requirements:

Civil Engineer preferably registered with PE Board

Min 1 – 2 years’ experience

· Foot Reflexology Therapist/Beautician (Full Time)

·Provide facial and body wellness treatments

· Provide advice on skincare

· Provide body wellness massage and face spa massage

· Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and salon Provide Foot Reflexology and Body Massage.

· Able to serve both Male and Female clients

· Customer service orientated, sales driven and target oriented person

· A team player with good communication and interpersonal skill

· responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, stocks replenishment, towels supply, etc.

. Basic + Commission.
