Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site

Key Responsibilities

As the Cost Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for the costing functions. This includes standard cost amortization, variance analysis, cost summary review and more. You will also review and manage the Accounts Receivable collection, cash application, credit limit, invoice transmission and dispute resolutions. Counter duties:

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal and TPA claims (Alliance, IHP, MHC, Parkway Shenton, Adept Health)
• Ability to speak mandarin/ malay will be an advantage.
