Supervisor Responsibilities

A sales supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Job Descriptions:

• Familiar with and understanding all the tender requirements
• Exercise a collaborative plan and define the extent of the works
• Timely management of tender activities
• The general duty includes measurement of quantity, collection quotations, cost comparison, and participation in preparing tender price
• Review quotations with the designated specification
• Review quantities and cross-check for possible items that may have been overlooked
• Proofreading for tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works
• Price negotiations with subcontractors/partners.
• Review of cost impact (value engineering proposal/ variations)
• Able to manage/lead the team and assign tasks to the team members respectively

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the local building construction industry. Main contractor experience is preferred
• Experience in tendering work.
• Sound computer literacy including advanced skills in Excel. Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
• Familiar with all types of building tendering will be advantageous
• Bilingual will be advantageous

1. Job Description

1) General office administration and business support

2) Manage and maintain a record of the office’s assets and licenses

3) Collect outstanding invoices and make a plan for the payments

4) Manage company account transactions on a daily / monthly basis
5) Make the monthly payment records and report to Head Quarters

6) Prepare GST, CIT report to IRAS
7) Apply staff new/renew visa and follow-up the visa issues
8) Maintain employee records and update employee’s particular

2. Qualification

1) Korean Speaking

2) Good in MS office (including Excel)

3) Bachelor’s Degree in B.A or Accounting is preferred

• Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
• Obtains list of rooms / public areas to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
• Coordinates work activities among departments.
• Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
• To provide a warm and friendly service to the hotel staff and ensure all staff do the same.
• To comply with all instructions from guests so as to meet guest expectations.
• To attend to any guest complaints and requests.
• To comply and lead by example the hotel grooming standards of self and the room attendants.
• To be fully familiar with Housekeeping Policies and Procedure, Job Description and the Employee's handbook.
• To comply with hotel Fire Safety and Security procedures.
• To perform any other duties other than these above which are requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in Hotel Rooms Division
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer literacy very helpful
• Knowledge of the Housekeeping operation
• Excellent human relations skills; able to deal positively with challenging situations
