• To build up the new business investment portfolio in APAC area by making the strategy based on the market knowledge from the direct communication with local market player and the relationship with the local partner.
• To support the Group Head of Diverse Urban Develoment Group for launching the new business group by creating the organiation management regulation by liaising with Real Estate business and Inflastructure group of Tokyo Head Quarter in mostly Japanese.
• To manage the group staff of the new business group to increase the member in near future

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in Real Estate Investment buisness
• At least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
• Comprehensive and deep understanding, knowledge on real estate business industry.
• More than 10 years experience in Real Estate business indsutry, including management and acquisition of real estate development projects, equity investment int the real estate development projects, and so on.
• More than 5 years experience in managing staffs
• High proficiency in Japanese and English (both writing and speaking) to effectively communicate with counterparts in Headquarter in Japan, and offices in the region.

Responsibility:

• Assist architectural work for the project
• Assist to liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers and the consultants
• Assist to review shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors / suppliers prior to submission
• Co-ordinating sample submission, approval, schedule for delivery and installation of the architectural items
• Assist in mock-up for architectural trade, obtaining approval, implementation and installation
• Assist to ensure architectural works are done in accordance to the stipulated procedure, schedule and quality
• Assist the architectural team towards achieving the CONQUAS target score as set down by the Project Manager.

Requirement:

• Degree in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years related construction experience

Handling physical goods receiving, issue, packing, dispatching and fulfill delivery schedules, conduct physical stock check, maintain high standard of cleaniness. Provide support on duties relating to logistics and inventory management.
