• Responsible for Landscape Architec Coordinator all works related to Site Supervisor / Coordinator duties. landscape site supervision for hardscape and softscape.

· Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trade implementation on site.

· Ensure works are carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method of statements, master programme and consultants site instructions.

· Liaise with Clients, Consultants, RE / RTO to carry out site inspection and attend weekly /monthly meeting.

· Manage procurement of all site resources including sub-contractors, suppliers, manpower, materials and machinery etc. Scheduling manpower, materials and equipment on site, carry out materials and equipment receiving, inspection and maintaining record. Job Scope

• Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
• Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
• Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
