• Lead the shift team to attend to all works related to ACMV system
• Perform investigation and rectification works and to update to the Engineer or Manager
• Ensure documentation related to the rectification works are updated as required
• Plan, perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works - as requried - are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures.
• Ensure that all documentation for preventive maintenance works are properly updated and recorded, and all defects are adequately follow through till resolution.
• Coordinate and supervise specialist vendors or contractors on any preventive maintenance works, installation works, ad-hoc works as accordingly to the requirement
• Prepare quotation on any repairs, replacement or improvement works for submission
• Attend to meeting or discussion with client on daily work activity or any improvement works
• Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned
• Ensure safety first when carrying out maintenance works
• Any other adhoc assignments as assigned.
