Job Scope

• Based on company and departmental business strategies, develop practical quality management strategic plans.
• Establish and improve the company's quality management system to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Guide the establishment and optimization of quality management systems across business sequences, ensuring uniformity and coordination of these systems.
• Regularly supervise and evaluate the operational effectiveness of the quality management systems, propose improvement suggestions, and implement them.
• Responsible for recruiting, training, assessing, and motivating quality team members to ensure their professional competence and job enthusiasm.
• Develop team goals and performance assessment standards, leading the team to continuously improve organizational capabilities and work efficiency.
• Responsible for setting quality standards and managing IPD process during product development stages to ensure product design quality.
• Manage supplier quality, establish and monitor supplier quality standards to ensure stable supply chain quality.
• Supervise quality control during production processes, promptly identify and resolve quality issues during production.
• Responsible for post-launch quality improvement of products, collect customer feedback, analyze quality issues, and drive quality enhancements.
• Build and optimize work standards, processes, and systems to enhance overall work efficiency.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 – 5 years related experience in quality management
• Familiar with using quality management tools such as QC Seven Tools, 8D, Five Tools, PDCA, QCC is an advantage

Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried

Requirement :

• The RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accepted by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
