Epworth HomeSweetHome was started in 2013 in partnership with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) as the first Therapeutic Group Home in Singapore. The Home provides stay-in treatment for children between the ages of 7 to 12 years old who have experienced abuse. 1. Position Summary

Requirement:

• Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering and recognized by PEB, Singapore.
• Develop, design through establishing, design briefs, design reports, calculations, schematics, schedules, specifications
• Tendering and Estimation is a must
• Having experience working with Electrical, Fire Protection & Solar Projects would be an added advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred

Description:

• To review submissions from construction contractors/QP/PE for works affecting water pipes;
• To collate the list of sites for site surveillance;
• To prepare submission report to record the number of submissions reviewed;
• To monitor alerts sent from the Board’s monitoring system and follow up with the construction contractors who are working near to water pipes; and
• To conduct any other works in relation to the submissions as required by the Board.

Requirement:

• Possess a minimum of Diploma certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Must be Singaporean.
• Must have Certification in Supervision Course – Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSS)
• Must be able to communicate in English
