10. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including construction plans, change orders, permits, and regulatory filings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 10 + years of experience in project and construction management, with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology facility construction.

5.1 Alert Alarm System

• Assist in the monitoring and management of the Alert Alarm System (AAS) during

the centre’s operating hours, rendering assistance when necessary.

5.2 Volunteer Development

•To assist in the development and coordination of volunteer activities.

5.3 Training and Development of Personnel

•Lead, motivate and train staff volunteers where possible.

5.4 Self Care Plan

•To develop and implement an approved Self Care, in order to provide optimum

service standards for the client, colleagues and agency .
