• Conduct screening and assessments, and develop case plans and to meet children’s developmental needs
• Provide interventions to enhance caregivers’ capability and capacity to improve child’s lifelong outcomes

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to a team of 4 case workers
• Coach and build capability of a team of 4 case workers
• Convene case conferences, where necessary, and coordinate support for children and their families at a systemic and case level

Requirements:

• MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work
• At least 4-6 years’ experience in social service sector/ government ministries/ healthcare settings or early childhood development with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised and resourceful
• Passionate about working with children and families with an interest in early childhood development
