Job Description:-

• Able to take instruction and work independently
• Coordinator with BIM coordinator of other disciplines
• Carry out clash detection and assist in resolving clashes time site construction
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build

Requirements:-

• Proficient with Structure, Archi and MEP
• Preferable with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling Certificate
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description

• Liaise with the Project Manager to carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. Inform Project Manager/ Technical Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Manage and lead Architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
• Review reports and other documentation prepared by the Architectural Coordinators. Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
• Manage the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
• Review and value-add to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
• Provide design and technical support / resolution to site queries / issues over the duration of Construction, as and when required.
• Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects or Singapore PEB
• At least 8 years’ experience in Architectural coordination works.
• Possess Qualified Professional license accredited by local authority board will have an added advantage
• Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Bluebeam, and Revit.
• Consultant firm experience will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings

• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities

• Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary

• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work

• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures

• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works

• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems etc

• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters

• To supervise the installation of instrumentation

• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc

• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations

• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

• Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

• Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore
