• Bachelor degree major in accounting or professional certificate or equivalent.
• Min 1 Years' experience in similar capacity
• Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in construction or real estate will be a plus.
• Able to work under timeline pressure
• Able to start immediately or with short notice
• Familiar with Odoo will be advantages.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of the sub-contract.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Entry level or with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
• Have done Additions and Alteration projects will be advantages.
