Purpose and Scope
The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc.

• Assist Design Manager in the review of construction drawings, architectural documentation
• Feedback to Design Manager on potential design risks and appropriate adjustments
• Address design implementation and challenges with other team members
• Ensure architectural decisions are aligned with overall project goals

• Supervision of project to ensure adherence to specifications set by BCA
• Identify any non-conformity of works on site

Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, building services systems, and authorities’ requirements.

Job description:

• Operate heavy equipment and work on construction sites in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform pre-operational inspections, safety checks, test lifts, and load chart calculations to ensure the crawler crane is safe for use
• Operate the crane at various sites as required, ensuring adherence to all operational protocols
• Support bored piling work, including the use of Vibro Hammer
• Maintain cleanliness of the crane and address any maintenance issues promptly to prevent operational downtime
• Maintain a daily operational log sheet and perform checks on equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly
• Report malfunction equipment to supervisor/manager
• Perform safe lifting operations at various sites as required, ensuring the integrity of the load and safety of personnel
• Driving the crane on road to worksite

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of LTA experience
• Qualified crawler crane operator with BCA and MOM recognised
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays, when required
