• Responsible for organizing project cost accounting, including the accounting of raw materials, machinery costs, labor costs, management fees, energy costs, and other expenses, to implement project cost management and ensure the achievement of the company’s planned profits.
• Responsible for organizing monthly project volume statistics and accounting, as well as reviewing and supervising employee attendance and worker payroll statements.
• Responsible for organizing the preparation of construction organization designs, progress plans, safety technical measures, etc., primarily focusing on controlling the overall project timeline.
• Organize and implement the quality responsibility system, carry out CONQUAS management, and coordinate construction production safety and environmental management.
• Chair daily project production meetings, confirm the day's production status, promptly solve related issues, and plan the next day's production.
• Responsible for coordinating the working relationships with company functional departments, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.
• Organize the application, development, and summary of new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new standards.
• Responsible for the management, coordination, evaluation, and assessment of the project department staff as per the branch office's requirements.
• Responsible for the training and development of backup talent according to the needs of the branch office and the project department.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must pass at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience BSc/BA in Engineering (Civil) or Engineering or relevant field (BCA recognizes degree will be an advantage)
• 10 years experience in Site Management
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English & Mandarin speaking associates, clients and customers)
• MUST have experience in LTA (Land Transport Authority) or any high-rise building projects .
• Able to work 6 working days on Site.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to site progress according to schedule set
• To lead a site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
• To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements
• To review and approve materials requisitions
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work
• Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements
• Construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures at site
• To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established
• To carry out any assignments by the Management

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to co-ordinate with the English and Chinese speaking client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities in regards with the project aspects and construction planning matters.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
