• Manage 30 C&C active cases (mainly Group 2 cases) per quarter.
• Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases.
• Conduct case conferences with partners.
• Participate in networking and case management meetings.
• Document and evaluate case outcomes.
• Develop and review appropriate intervention strategies.
• Ensure reports on cases are submitted in a timely manner.

INFORMATION AND TRIAGE

• Refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention.
• Part of the Intake & Triage Team to conduct intake assessments for new intakes based on the practice standards of the Code of Social Work Practice and Practice Guide.

• Be part of the programme team for 1 of the Group Work programmes conducted at the FSC.

Job Scope

1. Operate Excavator or Wheel Loader inside vessel cargo hatch.
2. Operate Excavator or Wheel Loader to load or unload aggregates at wharf area or stockpile
3. Perform Trimming work on cement cargo.
4. Being assigned as Lifting Supervisor for lifting operation.
5. Perform House Keeping of stevedore storage area.
6. Assist stevedore supervisor or manager on stevedore related work.

Responsibilities:

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 5 years structural coordinator experience
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
