• Audit equipment machinery and assets regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition and machineries are purchased for use implement safety campaigns to promote and inculcate safety culture.
• Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues. Any related ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the Management.

Requirement:-

• Need to be able to speak in mandarin to interact with the site workers.
• Min 3 years experience.
• Newly Registered WSHO is welcome.

Job Responsibilities:

· Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.

· Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Civil/Mechnical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing

· National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred

· Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works

· Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports

· Familiar with local codes & regulations

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

Roles & Responsibilities- Preparing statutory accounts.- Ensuring Daily payments, amounts and records are correct.- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.- Recording and filing cash transactions.- Controlling credit and chasing debt.- Invoice processing and filing.- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.- Bank reconciliation.- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions- Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and report- Communication in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)
