Your responsibilities as a Hydrographic Surveyor:

· Multi-role surveyor: collecting data including but not limited to, MBES, SBES, GNSS Manpack, Total Station, Level Instrument.

· Equipment logging, data observation and QC.

· Survey equipment maintenance.

· Office and field office data processing and reporting.

· Learning the different technical specifications, equipment spreads and methodologies utilized on the project.

· Supporting Senior Surveyors, Surveyors and Project Units in delivering jobs within expected timelines and specifications.

Your qualities:

· Relevant BSc. Degree (Marine Science, Hydrographic Surveying, Geodetic Engineering, Oceanography, Environmental Science).

· Minimum of 8 years’ experience on hydrographic and topographic survey projects.

· Knowledge of hydrographic or geophysical survey and data processing fundamental principles.

· Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/Office 365).

· Good teamwork and communication skills.

· Problem solving initiative and flexibility.

· Fluent in English language both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

• Well-versed in Construction Method Statements
• Manage Piling, Excavation, ERSS, RC, and Architecture work
• Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals before construction work starts
• Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen
• Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials

RESPONSIBILITIES

THK Pan-Disability Centre is a sheltered workshop that provides vocational training and employment support for persons with disabilities. These programmes help to develop skill sets and improve work readiness to enhance clients' prospects for employment.

Key Responsibilities: To conduct case management and psychoeducation, and to plan and facilitate groupwork for trainees and their families.

Clinical aspects

• Manage enquiries and referrals
• Conduct assessment and home/site visits, and provide counselling, behavioural interventions, groupwork and support for trainees and their families
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of trainees' care and financial needs, and support in the submission of HOMES means testing and transport subsidy applications as required
• Look after clients' physical and emotional welfare, identify anomalies and provide the appropriate intervention or service linkage
• Manage emergency response and crisis management with regards to trainees' behaviour management with the multi-disciplinary team

Requirement

The successful candidate must:

· Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers;

· Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations, including site progress, quality, safety, and project cost monitoring;

· Assist to review and develop project schedule with Project Planner for the project detailed construction plan and ensure it complies with customer specifications, engineering deliverables and meet delivery dates;

· Identify any deviations from the agreed scope or premises of the project, assess the impact and ensure remedial action during the construction planning and execution;

Case management and psychosocial intervention for various clientel groups from youths, adults, caregivers, seniors with mental health challenges in the community in accordance to ethical and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Areas

• Ability to provide case management, psychosocial intervention, care coordination and recovery support for clients with alleged or diagnosed mental health issues.
