RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overall IT infrastructure stability, resilience and performance including physical and virtual servers and network resources.
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate IT infrastructure capacity to ensure optimum operational performance for the organisation.
• Coordinates and works with resources (internal and external) to meet established project milestones and to achieve project deliverables.

• Degree Computer Science or Technology related studies

• Preferably with some years’ (8-10) experience in IT management level of similar sized structure and business, hands on experience and technical knowledge of applications and communications infrastructure
• An added advantage for those familiar with ITIL

You will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative support for the training programmes and events organised by SingHealth Academy or its stakeholders for staff across the SingHealth cluster. You oversee event registration and payment, generate evaluation reports and maintain a monitoring system for revenue and expenses.

You will maintain the training programme database, training records, update the training directory and calendar, and provide on-site support for all events. You will be required to ensure the proper filing of records for applications and submission of training records for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points.

You will be involved in providing publicity support for the training programmes and events, such as creating flyers or marketing collaterals. You will coordinate with the Education Communications team on the development of the marketing collaterals.

You will provide general administrative support to the department to ensure effective and efficient operations. Your duties will include organising and co-ordinating meetings, maintaining and upkeeping office equipment, monitoring office inventory and ensuring that the information is updated in a timely manner. You will process and fulfill orders for publications, and update mailing lists and contact information.

As part of the communications team, you will manage the education communication needs in SingHealth. You will ensure smooth implementation of strategies and support the department in the development and execution of integrated communications plans for education initiatives and events.

You profile and position SingHealth Academy as the preferred training provider for nurturing future healthcare professionals. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all global / local projects under his / her care are covered in a holistic approach closing all gaps identified from the beginning until the end of the project with the goal of sustainable operation post project handover. This includes feasibility assessment of product design development to ensure a successful and efficient commercial manufacturing process.
• Oversee, recommend and follow-up on daily global / local project management and execution activities including immediate escalation of major issues, SOP development , and training of local factory personnel.
• Responsible for assuring that all manufactured products from new / on-going projects under his / her care are made in accordance with prescribed Process Descriptions and in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS)

Responsibilities

• Key member of IT Operations team that manages IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing
• Manage and govern IT Infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters
• Manage or to be involved in Infra related projects and solutioning such as tech refresh, upgrades, migrations and building new IT Infrastructure capabilities
