• Responsible for managing Foam Agent and Foam Hardware demand creation and sales activities in South East Asia, reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, Asia.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders across allocated workstreams to understand business impacts and enable successful program implementations.
• Be the critical link between business and program to ensure that organisational needs are understood and changes are supported by relevant stakeholders within workstreams and countries in scope.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change in a timely and effective manner.
• Support the design, development and delivery of training to effectively support impacted stakeholder groups to adopt changes and operate successfully post program implementation. Consider country-specific differences and needs in training methods and delivery approaches.
• Report on data-driven success measures demonstrating the effectiveness of change activities and adoption rates for each in scope country.
• Support the Workstream Change Lead to effectively report to project and key stakeholders on change priorities, progress and issues management.
• Provide support to key stakeholders to increase understanding of change management practices and their role as leaders and advocates for the change OneERP+ introduces.
• Support members of the program on the approach, tools and benefits of change and communication management.
• Contribute to the development of a change management practice with change management processes, tools and templates to support the integration and engagement with change management principles across Fujitsu APAC.

Requirements:

• Change Management experience (3+ years) in wide scale organisational programs, ideally as part of an IT implementation.
• Degree or equivalent work experience, formal qualification in change management discipline such as PROSCI desired.
• Demonstrated delivery of change approaches and artefacts within a complex program of work, including being a member of an international and/or remote team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in managing diverse stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
• Superior communication and delivery skills enabling you to influence and establish credibility with stakeholders
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced, ambiguous and challenging environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary:

The Product Owner will oversee the end-to-end delivery and operations of data analytics products and solutions.

Acting as both a strategist and liaison, this role bridges business objectives with technical requirements, driving the roadmap for analytics initiatives.

They will engage with stakeholders to gather business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and lead the prioritization of projects in alignment with business goals.

Proactively consult on analytics solutions with the support of the BI and Analytics team.

Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the data architecture supports business needs and work with Data Analysts to deliver actionable insights that can be effectively utilized by stakeholders.

The role requires a balance of product ownership and business analysis, fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap: Develop a strategic roadmap for analytics products, aligning initiatives with business objectives and regularly updating it based on feedback and changing priorities.

• Gather, translate, and document requirements: Engage with stakeholders to capture business objectives, translate them into actionable requirements, and maintain clear documentation for technical teams.

• Lead prioritization and sprint planning: Assess project priorities, balancing impact and feasibility, to effectively manage backlogs and lead sprint planning with agile teams. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation for analytics solutions

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics products: Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

• Support user acceptance testing and change management: Develop and execute UAT plans, oversee testing, and manage change requests, ensuring deliverables meet user expectations.

• Driving User Adoption: Monitor the adoption and performance of analytics products, refining them to maximize business value and user satisfaction.

• Acting as the catalyst for collaboration: Manage stakeholders within the technical team and the wider business to ensure engagement, information flow, and project alignment, fostering a collaborative environment.
