1. Responsible for the organisation, planning, control and execution of project.
2. Lead and manage a team of operational staff to meet the objectives and
targets.
3. Monitor, organize, control and co-ordinate site works with the team as well as
contractors.
4. Develop and maintain good working relationship with the client, consultant
and contractors
5. Work closely with vendors and sub-contractors to ensure project budget, purchase items and conditions are met.
6. To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
7. Handling of technical site issues and work closely with client.
8. Manage and control of work progress, schedule, safety and qualities
Requirements

1. Tertiary qualification (Bachelor Degree or Diploma) in Engineering
2. Posses at least 5 yrs of Project Management Experience in M&E/Building
Construction industry and familiar with site preparation environment
