• Monitor corrective actions and process improvement;
• Manage subcontractors to clear defects and achieve required CONQUAS target;
• Document QAQC records and prepare handover packages

Requirements

• Degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the setting up, day to day management, testing and inspecting, auditing and reporting of all aspects of the QA/QC of similar major projects in the waste, oil and gas, water or power sectors.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of quality control systems.
• Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You will provide support to the Innovation Council and coordinate with Priority Area Leads to drive healthcare innovation efforts across the Academic Medical Centre (AMC), fostering partnerships between internal stakeholders and external partners to build a sustainable platform for sharing and learning. As part of the Academic Medicine Innovation Institute (AMII) secretariat team, you will plan and facilitate the key meetings of AMII. You will lead the preparation of the meeting materials and ensure timely monitoring, reporting and updating of the progress of AMII projects and initiatives to the Senior Management and other key stakeholders.

You will also be involved in the coordination, planning and organisation of AMII key events, such as the annual Innovation Retreat and Workshop. Additionally, you will maintain the repository of innovation projects by coordinating with the relevant offices to compile and update project information. You will be responsible for keeping an up-to-date record of AMII’s innovation resources, including assets, capabilities, programmes and partnerships and ensure that the information is up to date.

As a secondary role, you will support the planning and execution of cluster-wide innovation grant calls.

Job Requirements

Purpose:

· To provide support to tax team on tax operations and projects

Job Scope:

· Review and file withholding tax returns every month, ensuring timely filing to the IRAS and adequate approval of journals

· Prepare monthly reconciliation of withholding tax filings and payments

· Address simple WHT queries from various departments

· Prepare and post journal entries for GST

· Perform quarterly Balance Sheet reviews

· Generate reports and prepare schedules for quarterly GST filing

· Collate information for property tax related matters

· Assist in any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

QA Associate (Biotechnology/Tuas/1 Year Contract/Up to $4000)

Responsible for providing oversight for Quality on-the-floor and operations support, the Associate QA will support manufacturing operations and IPC testing through purposeful presence on the floor, and support of complex manufacturing investigations, change control, and unexpected result investigations. Required to perform 12-hour shift (rotational night and day, or full night shift as required due to business needs).

Responsibilities include:

• Support the maturation and continuous improvement of quality systems, including On-the-floor quality oversight, deviation management, change control and ensure that the systems are managed in compliance with cGMP expectations
• Participate in on the floor triage and support root cause investigations for major investigation if applicable
• Review and approve minor deviation, change controls, and other quality records such as electronic batch records, SOPs, logbooks and work orders
• Support in regulatory inspections, and interact directly with regulatory inspectors
