Responsibilities
· Staff Onboarding / Off-boarding process
· Streamline, clean up, create proper hierarchy for document repository
· Tracker and chaser deliverables and To-Dos
· Report generation / inputs for broader reporting for pillar based on data pulled from various resources
· Admin support, coordination, governance activities
· Data clean up, highlighting quality issues based on checklist and correction as per guidelines
· Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required
Skills/Requirement
· Provision in Microsoft Office, knowing how to use Microsoft Excel to tabulate data for data analysis, reporting, Powerpoint to compile and generate slides for presentation.
· Some knowledge in HR related matters such as using of workday, getting the required information of new hires prior to onboarding and offboarding within Service Request to ensure a smooth experience.
· Able to multitask without compromising of work quality ie. Multiple onboarding / offboarding on the same day.
· Preferably having experience working in Financial Industry, with prior knowledge of how Financial Institution works
