• Manage and maintain fixed asset records in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations and ensure accuracy of data
• Assist in the preparation of fixed asset schedules for financial reporting purposes
• Conduct physical asset counts and reconcile to the fixed asset register
• Work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy of fixed asset data
• Assist in the implementation of fixed asset policies and procedures
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members on fixed asset matters
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA/ ACCA or similar qualification preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP (any), MS Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for more than 700 employees - include monthly payroll and overtime processing, bonuses, bank upload, CPF submission, IR21 and IR8A submission etc and resolve any payroll errors.
• Perform monthly payroll-related journal entries, reports and salary reconciliations as well as other weekly, quarterly, monthly payroll reports.
• Prepare timely submission of IR8A, IR21 tax clearance, government-paid claims, NS make-up claims etc.
• Keep all payroll information and records and maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and support internal and external audits related matters.
• Arrange payroll information and templates for annual budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent
• At least 5 years of payroll experience in F&B/Retail Industry.
• Hands-on experience doing payroll processing for at least 500 headcount using Timesoft System.
• Highly meticulous and with an eye for detail.

• Act as a single point of contact for the Business Units you are in charge of.
• Responsible for the assigned divisions’ HR needs, providing HR solutions to improve business performance.
• Assist in Project Management (migration of HRIS system to workday).
• Assist in manpower staffing requirements and fulfilment. This will include, but not limited to, recruitment, managing headcount establishment and manpower budgeting, reviewing job positions and performance calibration.
• Implement HR policies based on an understanding of business priorities.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to stakeholders.
• Partner management in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and HR analytics.
• Support line managers across the divisions on organisational structure and design.
• Support the Dir HRBP on Union matters when required.
• Assist to bridge any gaps, mediate, and resolve issues between management and staff.
• Facilitate key HR activities with the divisions such as the annual performance appraisal exercise, talent review and assessment.
• Handle administrative work related to people and staffing issues.
• Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with respective divisions or business units.
• Other related duties or projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR operations and policy
• Good understanding of labour laws is an advantage
• Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholders’ relationships
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills
