We are seeking a skilledSales & Marketing Manager to join us. This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, building new relationships with potential clients, and maintaining existing client relationships. The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team and work closely with the sales team to support business growth by improving our brand awareness.

Specific Responsibilities:

1.Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for

company

2.Cold Calling: Contact businesses and potential clients to promote company products/services

3.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

4.Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience 5.Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

6. Manage and coordinate innovative creation solution to develop content on digital channels

7.Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency and to increase brand awareness.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies

2. Excellent analytical and project management skills

3. Experience in conducting market research and understanding consumer behavior

4. Strong copywriting and content creation skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: Up to $4500 + AWB + Bonus (depend on EXP)
• Location: Loyang (Pasir Ris)
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours

Your Responsibilities: -

• Oversee and lead the project team to ensure product deliver is within the stipulated time.
• Manage existing clients and meet new clients to generate more project.
• Liaise with client regarding product specification & requirements, cost, quality of a project and provide a quotation on it.
• Coordinate with internal team member (tool designer and engineering on design for manufacturing (DFM)) to ensure the product created meet client expectation.

You will need: -

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with managing skills in manufacuring industry.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing on moulding environment & mechanical product design will be an added advantage.
