Job Description

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in IT industry.
• Hands-on experience in at least 1 AliCloud related project is a MUST. More AliCloud projects will be a PLUS.
• Hands-on experience in other cloud (i.e. non-AliCloud) related projects will be a PLUS.

Requirements

• To support customer in maintaining their existing AliCloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
• To fix issues in customers existing AliCloud solutions.
• To communicate with Alibaba Cloud for advice on technical issues.
• To communicate and align with offshore AliCloud Data Engineer on task assigned to FPT team.
• Bachelor degree or above in IT and engineering, with relevant professional certificates.
• AliCloud related certification is a MUST.

Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant alongside with Marketing Executive will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events at SCAL. Additionally, the Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that some of the key marketing platforms are consistently updated and maintained.

Job Description:

· Assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and events.

· Design promotional materials and ensure timely dissemination across platforms.

· Support the planning and execution of events, such as conventions, seminars, and outreach programmes.

· Update and maintain websites, including speakers, sponsors, event listings, announcements, and registration details.

· Coordinate event logistics, prepare event materials, and provide on-site assistance.

· Handle routine administrative tasks related to event marketing and management.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or event management is an advantage.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.

· Familiarity with social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of Retail Accounts Receivables including update daily sales report, cash book, credit card collection, voucher reimbursement, perform receipt voucher, monthly sales report submission to landlord and month end AR closing journal.
• Manage full set of Account Payable for shipment including invoice and PO matching, data entry of invoices, payment voucher and supplier recon.
• Perform month end closing journal and schedule.
• Perform store’s stock take reconciliation and verification.
• Support warehouse’s inventory count.
• Support company’s events when required.
• Assists in year-end audit.
• Assists in filing and other administrative work.
• Ad-hoc assignments from Accountant / Financial Controller.
