Requirements

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent and minimum 8 - 10 years’ HR-related experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a Global matrixed organization including credibility and influencing skills at senior levels and across functions. Ability to analyse and challenge business strategy and develop people implications.
• Broad change management skill set, combined with the ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organisational change. Broad knowledge of the HR function and its capability to support business objectives.
