Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to daily emails and phone inquiries
• Provide support, advice, and counseling to students
• Manage graduation processes, including payment verification and document handling

• Handle exam script viewing requests, including coordination with the Exams Office and students

Job Scope:

• In this role, you are responsible for end to end recruitment process.

- Proactively follow up leads via email, phone, and EDM.

- Improve conversion rates, focusing on lead to enquiry conversion.

- Provide enrolment and student data as needed.

- Ensure accurate and timely data capture on all systems.

- Book and conduct tours for prospective families.

- Set up and administer CAT tests as needed.

- Support the delivery of personalized experiences for prospective parents and pupils.

- Develop rapport with parents and pupils; gather information on their needs and backgrounds.

- Answer phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately.

- Process student information for new pupils and follow up on document gaps.

- Assist in the assessment process for each pupil.

- Support onboarding and orientation for new families.

Reception/Front Desk Responsibilities

- Greet, welcome, and direct parents appropriately.

- Care for children who are not picked up on time.
