We are currently seeking an experienced Cook Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of culinary professionals in our outlet.

Our focus is on exceptional food quality, emphasizing both traditional and innovative dishes crafted by our internationally trained team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to create and execute menus that showcase both classic and inventive cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Follow proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines including HACCP
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a similar environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
