You will be responsible for assisting the Creative Director with the brand's creative direction and business objectives to achieve targeted growth and meet sell-through rates. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will play an essential role in the growth and development of the brand to cater to the current consumer base and grow new market share.

Main Responsibilities:

• Generating ideas, developing and executing creative, memorable and meaningful brand campaigns and initiatives on all channels such as social media, website and showroom.
• Assist in managing partnerships, influencers, media/press and customer relations
• Managing social media platforms and planning of content calendar
• Monitor, research and prepare plans, trend reports, market movement & mood board under the direction of the Creative Director
• Work closely with the various teams to understand and align on consumer preferences and tastes
• Styling, casting and organising photoshoots
• Copywriting & uploading of product listings
• Support Creative Director with clothing designs, brand direction and other Ad-hoc projects when needed

The Creative Executive will be leading photoshoots, creating photos and videos to be posted on our social channels and assist in media outreach.

You are required to have a strong eye for composition and balance, with an exceptional passion for fashion photography, comfortably directing and building rapport with models and personalities on set to achieve your final vision. You think and move fast, yet pay exceptional attention to the finest of details. Reporting to our Creative Director, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through your photos and videos.

Scope of work:

• Create engaging content (photos, reels, videos, flat-lays etc) for social media platforms
• Execute photography and/or videography on shoot days
• Retouch and edit your own output with superior precision, paying rigorous attention toward product details (actual colours, creases, flaws) and model skin-tones
• Colour matching, ensuring the shot images are accurate to the actual product
• Be part of the planning for catalog and campaign shoots, including site recces and prop sourcing as needed
• Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
• Expert proficiency in either Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro
• Experience in executing campaign and catalogue photoshoots
• Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a ‘get things done’ attitude
• An ability to understand and translate the creative vision as directed by the creative director
• A highly developed eye with a natural finesse for balance and composition with a natural interest in fashion and visual communication
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet most cost-efficient
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment with professionalism, responsiveness, agility and composure under pressure

-Answer Phone/Take Messages (Hi, Vision Empire)

-Mail, Parcel and Courier/Shipment - Collect mail, parcel courier and check mail every 2-3 days, arrange for courier or parcel

-Pantry, Stationery and Office equipment - Responsible for Pantry and Stationary Supplies, including all drinking water, snacks and disposable crockeries matters

-Printer - responsible for all company printing and printer issues, including but not limited to printing supplies, paper, maintanance and payment issues

-Season Parking and vehicle usage - Ensure monthly season parkings for all vehicle in the company are paid on time and the usage report is updated daily

-Attendance - Taking and accounting of all employee attendance in company on a daily basis, recording of all tardiness, MC and applicable Leaves

-Electric, Phone and Internet Monthly Bills - Ensure phone bill of company and Directors are settled on monthly basis

-Government Grant - successfully apply and get grant from government when instructed

-Training - arrange and ensure selected employees are sent for training when instructed

-Office Access - Update access list and ensure access is given only to authorized employees

-Safe Entry - Enforce and ensure all company employers/es strictly follow the safe entry requirements as dictated by the government

-Filing - ensure filing system in company is strictly enforced

-Preparation and update of SOP - take time and effort to setup, maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures for admin duties

-Setting up of company email, printing of name card for relevant employees

Accounts

-Full set of accounts for IRAS, ACRA, GST, tax reporting

-Sales Order Processing - invoicing, payment and collection

-Procurement Processing - Issuing of PO, payment and logistics

-CPF, AIS, MOM Foreign Worker Levy are on time

-Petty Cash - maintenance and update of petty cash in the company

-Stock and Inventory - Ensure stocks reconcile at the end of each month

-Weekly AR and AP - Report of AR and AP to be done every month

-Weekly Bank Statement Reconciliation - ensure a weekly recouncillation is done

-Ensure Monthly report of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Balance of Cash Flow
