Our client, a Japanese food and nutritional product manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales team. This role will work with R&D counterparts and hence food technology background is needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather market information (such as market trend, competitors’ information) and issues of the customers.
• Make action plan with strategy based on the information gathered.
• Propose our products and our solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of our customers based on the information gathered.
• Take countermeasures if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget.
• Make sales forecast and capture sales progress on a timely basis.
• Ensure prompt payment collections.
• Place orders of our items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control.
• Carry out Q&A procedure when registration of new product and/or revision of product are required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in food science education is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related working experience in B to B sales of food ingredients and/or at least 3 years of experiences in R&D of food ingredients or process food (such as instant noodle, mixed seasonings and confectionary etc).
• Have good understanding on B to B business

• Set up, prepare and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit) – Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
• Competence in preparation of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting
• Draft submission Cover Letters addressing respective building authorities for various the project development stages
• Submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities – URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments
• The above apply to all major stages of project development – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/ Built Environment/ BCAA Diploma in Architecture (Technology) or its equivalent

• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
