Job Requirement

• Experience in policy writing and/or clinical service planning will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
• Good Team collaboration skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders across different domains
• Organised, meticulous and good project management skills
• Excellent written skills, especially in paper and minute writing, as well as oral communications and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare slides (Microsoft Powerpoint) comprising clear and concise messaging with visually appealing infographics
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

I. Accounts Receivables

• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions
• Prepare invoices according to terms of contracts; submit invoices to customers
• Maintains and update customer files, including name or address changes, and customers’ contacts
• Generate accounts receivable reports
• Reconcile accounts receivable on a bi-monthly basis
• Generate and send statements of accounts to customers on a monthly basis
• Follow up on past-due accounts and collections, identify overdue accounts and contact customer to request payment
• Reconcile revenue accounts each month.

II. Accounts Payables
