Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of student academic matters, including secretarial services to the Institute Board of Academic and Examination.
• Deliver prompt and efficient support to the academic department, overseeing a variety of tasks such as managing admissions, maintaining student grades and records, evaluating grade reports, organising academic board meetings, and conducting statistical analysis and performance tracking for students and faculty.
• Support the Academic department by regularly collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to various student issues, including grades, academic performance, and graduation statistics.
• Provide regular reports on student enrollment and graduation data to senior management and university-wide committees.
• Ensure accurate recording of assessment methods and results for each module.
• Supply assessment reports and invigilator scheduling information to all Heads of Schools ("HOS").
• Liaise with the Academic Board Chairman and members on academic matters, including arranging Board of Examiners (BOE) meetings and recording minutes.
• Coordinate the signing of certificates by Academic Board members.
• Administer the issuance of academic transcripts and certificates.
• Assist with the authentication of photocopies of student transcripts and certificates.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Vice President of Academic, and President

• 3 years of experience in academic administration or a similar capacity.

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role on a team that operates like a start-up with unique access to Cisco’s resources, industry leadership, and scale. Incubation is a team within the Global Security Sales Organization (GSSO) that is responsible for selling new Cisco Security products to early adopters and helping prepare for broader global distribution of the product.

Cisco Security is consistently launching innovative products in the market. These new products help Cisco's customers adopt a more effective defense against the world's most sophisticated cyber threats.

The first product you will be responsible for in this role is a network security solution for modern applications called Hypershield. This requires a solid understanding of customer value drivers related to network security for modern platform architectures and the related trends and market landscape. You will apply a hunting mentality to generate pipeline and revenue for this new product with a thoughtful go-to-market strategy for new and existing Cisco Security customers across an assigned territory.\

Who You'll Work With

This is a high-profile role that requires you to collaborate closely with other GSSO Sales teams as well as with Product Management, Marketing, Channel, Operations, and Strategy & Planning teams to successfully launch and scale the new product. Success in this cross-functional role requires both focus and flexibility as you quickly experiment with and iterate on ways to achieve your goals. You will be accountable for helping prove product-market fit by working iteratively on the ideal customer profile and go-to-market strategy for achieving the product’s revenue targets.

Who You Are

• Technical seller with basic understanding of networking and security among advanced computational systems like Kubernetes, containers, microservices, graphic and data processing units
• We are looking for a sales professional with a record of accomplishing success in the following areas:
• Creating and driving an account-based territory plan that consistently generates sales opportunities for a network security software product, ideally with an annual contract value of $250K+
• Maintaining an organized and data-informed view of the business in terms of target accounts, business plans, sales meetings, pipeline, and forecast
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to to ensure sales pursuits are focused on the ideal customer profile, while helping inform the roadmap and evolution of the ideal customer profile as the product evolves
• Building productive relationships with other internal sales teams and channel partners to gain consideration and market share for a new product

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years selling cybersecurity software solutions for cloud-native applications
• 5+ years experience with leading customer conversations with an understanding of business value drivers, platform architectures, and the underlying infrastructure (whether on-prem, cloud, multi-cloud, or hybrid)
• 5+ years experience with effectively using listening, presentation, and writing skills to drive action with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Job Scope:

• System Management

To assist in maintaining the Resource Booking Service when needed

• Logistic and stock taking

Assist to manage and track all non-SSOE ICT/AVA resources and inventory (e.g. iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro, printers, etc.) with up-to-date documentation

Stock-take and updates inventory records for school and audit purposes

Maintain repair and loan records of ICT/AVA equipment

• Support daily operations (AVA & IT)

Assist in the planning and implementation of ICT-related programs

Assist in troubleshooting and support for school-owned devices

Troubleshooting of AV and IT equipment in classroom on a daily operation

Providing support to teachers in the use of AV and IT equipment in classroom

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chrome OS and Chromebook functionality, including efficient navigation, app usage, file management, and troubleshooting, to support and enhance the educational experience in a school environment utilising Chromebooks as student devices.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in IT or equivalent
