Jobs description:

- Manage a portfolio of clients consisting of private and foreign companies in providing corporate secretarial agent services

- handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties;

- assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices, and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws

- Prepare/review directors and shareholders’ minutes of meetings and resolutions for specific transaction, relevant statutory forms and related documents;

- Assist in handling client acceptance and compliance including KYC/CDD

- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement

- Involves in ad hoc advisory assignment

- Involves in automation of work processes within the department

Handle any other ad-hoc assignment to be directed by superior from time to time

Requirements

• Full understanding of ACRA corporate secretariat requirement – register of controllers, money laundering, filing of AR, and etc.
• For Senior Consultant level: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in handling a portfolio independently.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
