Job Responsibility
- Perform general accounting and finance duties including invoice processing, data entry, update of payment received, bank reconciliation and assist in monthly management reporting.
- Generate the AR bi-weekly to the project team for following up and presenting the AR report to the management on monthly basis.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure correct invoices to be issued and following up the collection.

As general manager, you will oversee your local office, and be responsible for the overall performance of that team.

The Regional Finance Director partners with the Commercial SVP to drive growth sustainably by driving efficiency in the investments being made to drive topline and bottom line as well. Key Activities

Qualifications

JOB PURPOSE

This role supports Financial operations activities within the Compensation & Benefits Regional Team (C&B) for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office. BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently. • Develop, direct and lead SOX compliance efforts including annual risk assessment and scoping exercise, assessment of controls design, controls effectiveness validation, timely tracking on gap remediation according to the relevant framework surrounding the ICFR (e.g. COSO, PCAOB, SEC guidelines, etc)

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience.
