Your Role

We are looking for a highly experienced partner enablement manager to join our JAPAC team. As a partner enablement expert, you will play a key role in shaping up an ongoing enablement strategy and empower our partners to deliver long-term customer success by ensuring partner readiness to work with their clients. 

The role sits with our JAPAC Ecosystems & Shared Services team and you will be responsible for building world-class learning and certification programs to create external partner champions, increase partner-sourced sales opportunities, and improve customer outcomes.

Partner Enablement aligns with our channel business managers to enable our external partners including Distributors, Global System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Managed Services Partners, and Cloud Service Providers.

Your Impact

• Design, develop and implement a learning strategy to ensure reseller partner onboarding and productivity, leveraging innovative solutions to deliver accelerated learning and productivity for all customer-facing functions/roles at a partner firm.

• Deliver a personalized and enhanced learning experience for partners around products, solutions and how to do business with Palo Alto Networks. Ensure partners understand who we are, what we do and our culture.

• Enable our partners to become a global community of platform evangelists sharing ideas, experiences and solving problems together.

• Develop and deliver enablement assets, tools and programs including case studies, playbooks, story campaigns, ePublications, sales applications, etc.

• Teaming with our partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to expand course and certification offerings for our partners. 

• Collaborating with our Tech Solution Architect team to design impactful curriculum and facilitation

• Designing learning journeys for various sales, pre-sales, and post-sales partner personas

• Collaborating with marketing and partner program teams to promote partner certification offerings

• Providing subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on enablement and certification best practices

Due to business growth plans, we are seeking a high calibre and experienced Trade Finance professional to join the Singapore Treasury team reporting directly to the Regional Treasurer, Asia Pacific & Middle East.

• Handle the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions covering both international and domestic Chinese trades

As a Credit Manager, you will be part of a team which is working to support our rapid growth at Funding Societies. Our credit team is responsible for making lending decisions. Credit Assessment and Risk Analysis:

The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Executive you will utilize a combination of Sales and Operations skills. • Lead Wealth Management RMs in the growth, acquisition and retention of HNW clients
• Train and develop staff, monitor performance and appraise Wealth Management RMs against assigned targets
• Manage Wealth Management RMs to achieve stated sales levels by coaching and guiding them to achieve sales targets
• Jointly manage the manpower and P/L of branch service and sales operations with branch manager

Business Development

• Develop, strengthen and execute business models and strategies of Retail Banking Wealth in the Emerging Affluent, Affluent & HNW customer segments
• Participate in sales and marketing activities for affluent and high net worth clients from onshore market
• Enhance the bank’s profile in Wealth Management and grow the assigned portfolio in terms of AUM and customer base while ensuring strong customer engagement

Job Responsibilities:

· Report to Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant

· Execute the company’s inventory policy

· Manage the company’s inventory system including stock profiles and locations

· Churning of necessary daily and weekly Inventory/Purchasing reports

· Ensure incoming goods are receipted and managed appropriately in Finance aspect

· Review historical data to build timely forecasts for assigned markets

· Responsible for planning periodic stock checks via audit work and stock takes

· Perform reconciliation or audit after physical counts and liaise with business units to rectify variance

· Monitor inventory stock -cards and systems to maintain safety stock level to avoid ‘’out-of-stock’’ situations

· Audit check on stock flow accuracy

· Timely update stock movement in physical stock-card and inventory system

· Check on supplier invoices

· Assist in other financial matters

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields

· 2 years of relevant experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry

· Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.

· Candidate who are undergoing CPA training program are welcome to apply

· Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage

· Good in planning and organising work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal skills

· Proficient in English communication and writing.
