• Develop strategic, integrated marketing plans for selected partners to support the go-to-market strategy
• Enable and activate our global partner community at scale to execute demand generation across key accounts
• Work with APAC Campaign Marketing colleagues to ensure Partner marketing programs are reviewed and developed with regional requirements, including events and campaigns

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of field marketing, partner marketing or account-based marketing experience in technology companies

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized degree in either Civil/Mechanical/Railway Engineering of which, at least 5 years of experience in managing construction team for railway projects of similar scale

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Team Leadership & Development:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in product management or IT leadership roles. Candidates from outside the hospitality industry are welcome, provided they have a deep understanding of customer experience and service-oriented technology solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of PMS, CRM platforms, network architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in managing the development and successful launch of SaaS products.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance technical expertise and product development.
