Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Taxation, CPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax laws;
• Minimum 4-5 years of taxation experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent, organized, strong analytical skills and detail-oriented;
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• For Contract role, it will be a 3+3 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel, and meetings.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls) and organize events.
• Sales Support: Assist with sales meetings, forecasts, and data management.
• Create and update sales materials, website content, and marketing tools.
• Coordinate email campaigns, social media, and event planning.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in executive or administrative support roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English and Japanese as this role require to liaise with Japan counterpart and headquarter
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

You will be part of a dynamic start-up team to plan, design, develop and construct new patient-centric healthcare facilities. You will be part of a team working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure the plans for their services are well drawn-up and that opportunities to improve current processes or innovate have been considered. Working with the team, you will collectively ensure that the new healthcare facilities are designed to support these plans in the long run.

Your work will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Supporting our clinical stakeholders in strengthening the case for how their respective services can meet the expected care needs
• Reviewing with the core team the submitted proposals to identify key decision points, merits and/or gaps
• Keeping the workgroups/sub-workgroups informed of developments elsewhere within the hospital so their proposals can be adjusted in a timely manner
• Following up with stakeholders to ensure the overall project timelines are met

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
• Highly driven and eager to acquire new knowledge and skills
